We submit the signed Agent of Authorization (AOA), establishing our official representation in protesting your property’s assessed value until terminated or ownership changes.
Upon authorization, we will notify the Appraisal District of our intent to protest and manage correspondence and appeal processes.
The Appraisal District will provide a hearing date, typically scheduled between June and August. In some cases, Appraisal Districts may schedule hearings later.
Our team will undertake a comprehensive analysis of your property, preparing evidence and using all resources available to facilitate a reduction in its assessed value.
Our Property Tax Consultants will negotiate a reduction with the Appraisal District or appear before an Appraisal Review Board.
After completing your protest we will send a detailed invoice.
